Peanut Butter M&M Balls

Mix peanut butter and melted butter together
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- m&m candies
- 24 ounce bag chocolate chips
POTATO PUFFS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 3 cups of mashed potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream (optional extra for serving)
- 1 heaping cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives or parsley
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Bacon Jalapeno Deviled Eggs

Slice the boiled eggs in half, lengthwise
- 12 large eggs. hard boiled and peeled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- 6 pieces bacon, cooked crisp, and crumbled

Chicken & Vegetable Stir-Fry

- 1 (3/12 oz)bag boil-in-bag long-grain rice
- 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
- 12 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/4 inch thick strips
- 3 cups thinly sliced napa (Chinese) cabbage
- 1 cup sugar snap peas, trimmed and halved diagonally
- 1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons lower-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 2 green onions, cut diagonally into 1/2 inch pieces

- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- Frosting:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Sausage Squares with Zucchini and Cheese

- 12 oz. bulk pork sausage, hot or regular
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 18 Ritz crackers, crushed

- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 18 oz. jar smooth or chunky peanut butter
- 1 16 oz. bag of powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- chocolate almond bark, chocolate candy melts, or 12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips + 2 teaspoons shortening
