Balsamic Chicken Sandwiches

Jessica Seinfeld's recipe
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup whole-wheat flour
- 3 Tbl. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup low-fat reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 6 Tbls. firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup broccoli puree
- 6 large slices tomato
- 6 ciabetta rolls, or 6 large slices crusty Italian bread
- 1/2 cup grated part-skim mozzarella

Roll out the dough, just like for a pie, and cut into strips about 1 inch wide and six inches long
- Use leftover pie dough
- Chocolate chips (not sure how many you’ll need because that depends on how much leftover dough you have)

1. Prepare the Brownies: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F

- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons whole milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
Chocolate Chip Marble Cake

Check your chips- be sure to use only miniature semisweet chocolate chips in this recipe
- 1 package Betty Crocker SuperMoist white cake mix
- 1 ¼ cups water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 egg whites
- ¾ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup chocolate-flavor syrup
- 1 tub Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy vanilla ready-to-spread frosting or Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
