- 2 cups (16 ounces) strawberry yogurt
- 3/4 cup thawed apple juice concentrate
- 10 Popsicle molds or paper cups (3 ounces each) and Popsicle sticks

- 1 cup long grain rice
- 3 cups milk
- 3/4 to 1 cup sugar
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen raspberries, thawed
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

- 2 cups dried penne pasta
- 2 Tbsp butter
- Juice of 2 lemons (6 Tbsp)
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup half and half (or heavy cream)
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 Tbps capers
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables, such as squash, zucchini, peppers, portabella mushrooms, and corn, diced

- 2 (15-oz) cans low-sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1/2 Cup buttermilk
- 2 large bananas, mashed (very ripe–the browner the better), a bit over 1 cup

I came across this recipe in a local newspaper about 10 years ago, and I still make the bread on a regular basis
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
