Combine all in blender-process until smooth-pour into tall glass and sprinkle with crumbs
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 3 scoops choc ice cream
- 1/8 teas vanilla

Greek Grilled Eggplant Steaks

- 2 eggplants
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Sprinkle of chili powder
- Sprinkle of kosher salt

- 4 sticks (2 cups) salted butter
- 10 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 6 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Potato Gratin with Porcini and Soy

If you can't find porcini powder, you can pulverize dried porcini mushrooms in your food processor or spice grinder...
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons porcini mushroom powder (see Cook's Note)
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1/4 cup creme fraiche
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, thinly sliced on a mandoline (or with a very sharp knife)
- 2 cups grated Gruyere cheese
Pesto Heirloom Tomato Pizza

- 1 ball store-bought pizza dough, cut in half
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup pesto
- 1 cup heirloom cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 4 to 6 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into thin, round pieces

- Simple Syrup:
- 3 cups vodka
- 3 cups watermelon puree
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup Simple Syrup, recipe follows

- 2 tablespoons molasses

- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 slices bread
- 2 tablespoon molasses Dijon spread
- 8 slices red tomato (divided)
- Smoked sea salt to taste
- 4 slices yellow tomato
- 2 thin slices red onion
- Small bunch of watercress
