Sweet Soy Marinade With Herbs

In a blender, combine honey, soy, garlic, shallot, mustard powder and paprika
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 large shallot, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon oregano, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon thyme, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
Vanilla, Almond and Cocoa Latte

Combine the milk and espresso powder in a cocktail shaker and stir until dissolved
- 4 ounces milk
- 1/2 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 1 1/2 ounces amaretto liqueur
- 1 1/2 ounces chocolate liqueur
- 1 1/2 ounces vanilla vodka
- 1 teaspoon chocolate shavings

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (8.5 ounce) package dry corn bread mix
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (14.75 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup milk
