Place cookies in food processor and pulse until finely chopped
- 18 Oreo cookies
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 bag (12 oz) frozen raspberries, thawed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons gelatin
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups whole milke
- 6 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 cup whipped coconut topping (such as SoDelicious) or frozen whipped topping, thawed if frozen
Slow-Cooker Sweet Potato Chili

1. Coat slow-cooker bowl with nonstick cooking spray
- 3 large sweet potatoes, about 2 pounds, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, core and seeds removed, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) jalapeno-seasoned petite diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
- 2 packages (8.8 ounces each) fully cooked microwavable brown rice (such as Uncle Ben's)
Pancake Mini-Muffins

- 3 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 2-1/2 cups Milk
- 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract

Easy Pasta Bolognese

Pulse the carrot and garlic in a food processor until the garlic is finely chopped
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 can(s) (28 oz) whole plum tomatoes
- 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 1 pound(s) pasta
- 1 stalk(s) celery, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 pound(s) lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup(s) dry white wine
- 1/4 cup(s) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup(s) fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh oregano
Jack the Pumpkin

Combine the applejack, pumpkin puree and apple cider in a shaker with ice
- 6 ounces applejack
- 4 ounces pumpkin puree
- 4 ounces apple cider, chilled
- 6 ounces ginger beer, chilled
- 4 apple slices, for garnish
Teriyaki Sheetpan Pork

- 6 boneless pork chops
- 6 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 18 asparagus spears, trimmed
- 12 green onions, trimmed
- 3 heads bok choy, halved
- 3 green bell peppers, each cut into 6 slices
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
Baked Eggs with Green Chiles and Capers

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup small-diced onion (about 1 medium onion)
- 1/4 cup capers, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
- 1 green serrano chile, finely sliced
- Grated zest of 1 orange
- One 28-ounce can whole San Marzano tomatoes, drained and roughly chopped
- 6 ounces San Marzano tomato puree
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup 3/4-inch baked croutons
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
Waffle Brownies

Preheat a waffle iron. Mix the egg into the prepared brownie batter
- 1 box brownie mix, prepared according to directions
- 1 egg (in addition to any eggs the brownie mix requires)

Broccoli Meatballs with Garlic-Tomato Sauce

1. To make Meatballs: Preheat oven to 350°F
- 4 cups broccoli florets (1 large head)
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (2 tsp.)
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 large eggs
- Garlic-Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1/4 cup diced white onion
- 1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 28-oz. can crushed tomatoes
Glazes and BBQ Sauces

- BBQ, bc of sugar, can burn easily. Apply a small amt to meat and serve with BBQ as as side.
