Nine Day Coleslaw

Cook on medium until Trivia is melted about 3 min
- Dressing:
- 1 pkg cabbage squeeze out
- all liquid
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 celery stalk chopped
- 1 cup Vinegar( I used Apple
- Cider)
- 1/2 cup Trivia or Zytol
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1 tsp celery seed

Directions Melt the bacon grease in a non-stick pan over low heat
- 1 1/2 teaspoons bacon grease or coconut oil
- 1 slice bread
- 1 egg
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

- 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) salted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut

- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup apple cider
- 2 Tablespoons honey

Directions In a skillet, brown ground beef until no longer pink
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- two 15-oz. cans chili without beans
- one 16-oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- three 14-oz. cans beef broth
- two 15-oz. cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt

(makes 6 servings) In a large saucepan, heat oil and add onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground turkey breast meat
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 small can diced green chili peppers
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 28 ounce can tomatoes
- 1 can cooked pumpkin
- salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat your oven to 350F
- 2 cups Spelt White Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1.2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Course Smoked Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) Melted, Unsalted Butter
- 3/4 cups Coca Powder
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2/3 cups Light Buttermilk ((You can make your own: 1T of white distilled vinegar for every 2 C. milk))
- 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Directions Heat olive oil in large skillet
- 3 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 C. flour
- 1 Tbs. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 3-4 lb. chuck or other oven roast
- 1 lg. can Italian seasoned stewed tomatoes, undrained *Celentano in the big yellow can is good.
- 1 envelope Lipton or other onion soup mix
- 1 12-15oz. can beer (suggestions: Fosters or Heineken)
- 1 lg. can whole new potatoes
