- 1 1/2 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter(melted)
- or *1/4 cup Bulk Barn Buttermilk Powder and 1 cup water
