- 86 g butter (room temperature)
- 1/8 cup plus 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp buttermilk powder
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup milk (skim)
- For dipping:
- 25 g butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
