Slice steak while partially frozen into narrow strips
- 1 lb flank steak
- 2 eggs beaten
- 3/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup carrots-grated
- 2 T green onion-chopped
- 4 T fresh ginger root-finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic-chopped
- 3 T soya sauce
- 2 T cooking wine-red or white
- 2 T white vinegar
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- dash-crushed chillies (flakes) optional

- 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 T granulated sugar
- 2 T baking powder
- 1 T salt
- 1/4 t Oregano, dried
- 1/4 t thyme, driwed
- pinch of dillweed,dried
- 12 oz High country Brewing House Beer, room temp.
- 1 T butter, melted
Salad (Crazy quilt salad)

The best bean salad I ever tasty
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup White vinegar
- 1/2 cup Salad oil
- 1/4 t Ground Pepper
- 1 t Dry mustard
- 1 t Salt
- a Pinch of garlic salt
- Salad:
- 1 tin Green beans
- 1 tin Cut was beans
- 1 tin Red kidney beans
- 1 tin Lima beans
- 1 cup Celery
- 1/2 cup Onion rings or chunks
- 1/4 cup Green pepper
Dressing (Sweet Garlic Dressing)

Shake well in a jar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- dash pepper
- 2 T oil

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- For the crust:
- 1/2 pound unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- For the filling:
- 6 extra-large eggs at room temperature
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons grated lemon zest (4 to 6 lemons)
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup flour
- Confectioners' sugar, for dusting
Chicken Slow cooked Thai Peanut chicken

1 place flour in a large resealable plastic bag
- 1 cup flour
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs ( 2 lbs)
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 T sesame oil
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 T teriyaki sauce
- 2 T hoisin sauce
- 1 can (14 oz) light coconut milk divided
- 1 cup uncooked basmati rice
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
Fish (Portugese )

Can use cod or any white fish Oven at 400 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours
- In a covered dish layer Potatoes
- Tomatoes
- sauted Onions
- Fish
- And repeat
- Drizzle with olive oil
Chicken ( Morroccan chicken)

1 Place carrots and onions in a greased 5 qt slow cooker Sprinkle chicken with salt, add to slow cooker
- 4 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 large onions, halved and sliced
- 1 boiler/fryer chicken cut up (3 to 4 lbs) skin removed
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 T flour
- 1 can reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 t ground ginger
- 1 1/2 t ground cumin
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- 3/4 t pepper
Snacks (Super nachos)

Very Filling To reheat just top with more salsa and grated cheddar cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 t salt
- 14 oz tin refried beans with chillies
- 4 oz tin green chillies
- 1/2 lb grated cheddar
- 1 cup hot taco sauce / salsa
- 4 mashed avocados with 2 t lemon juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 chopped green onion
