Beef ribs and sauce

Combine all ingredients (except the ribs)in a medium bowl and mix well
- 24 Prime Rib beef bones seperated
- 2 cups (500ml) Ketchup
- 1 cup (250ml) Yellow onion, grated
- 1 cup (250ml) Red apple, grated
- 1/2 cup (250ml) Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup (125ml Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (125ml) Honey
- 1/2 cup (125ml) Molasses
- 2 t (30m) Tabasco sauce
- 1 t (5ml) Cumin, ground
- 1/2 cup (125ml) Sambal (garlic chili paste)
- 1/2 cup (125ml) Soy sauce,dark
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Worchestershire sauce
- 2 T (30ml) Oregano or sage, dry and crushed
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Chipotle hot sauce (smoked jalapenos in tomato sauce
- 2 T (30ml) Liquid natural mesquie smoke essence (Optional)
Beef Boursin Burgers

Preheat oven to 420F Rinse and dry lettuce leaves Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 1 T oil
- 10 gr butter or marg
- 4 beef burgers
- 4 hamburger buns
- 150 gr (5 oz) Boursin garlic and herb fine cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced into rounds
- 2 large pickled gherkins, thinly sliced
Beans (Chili con carne)

Mix all ingredients Simmer one hour, stirring frequently
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 1/4 cup Chopped green pepper
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 T Fat
- 14 oz Can of Libby's tomatoes
- 1-2 t Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 t Salt
- 1/4 t Pepper
- 1 T vinegar
Beef (Coconut beef curry)

Slow cooker stew
- 1 T veg oil
- 2 lb stew beef
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 T paprika
- 1 T ground cumin
- 2 t curry paste or 1 T powder
- 1 t cinnamon
- 4 medium potatoes chopped
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 2 T tomato paste
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 cup dried apricots sliced
Beef (Moroccan Chickpea Stew)

- 1 Large onion, finely chopped
- 2 T Olive oil
- 1 T Butter
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 t Ground cumin
- 1 Cinnamon stick (3 Inches)
- 1/2 t Chili powder
- 4 Cups vegetable broth
- 2 Cups Cubed peeled butter squash
- 1 Can (15 ounces) chickpeas or garbanzo beans
- drained and rinsed

- 1 Medium sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1 inch

Put Mozzarella cheese on slice of baquette in ungreased small shallow casserole Using slotted spoon, transfer mixed
- 1 small tomato, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed

- 1 1/2 t dried sweet basil, crushed

Bread Wheat germ soda bread

- 2 c wheat germ toasted
- 2 c all purpose flour
- 3 t baking soda
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1 cup seedless raisins
- 1 T caraway seeds, optional

- 3 Cups (750 ml) bread flour
- 3 T (45 ml) sugar
- 3/4 t (4 ml) ground ginger
- 3/4 t (4 ml) cinnamon
- 1/2 t (2 ml) ground cloves
- 2 1/2 t (12 ml) bread machine yeast
- 2/3 Cup (150 ml) dried cranberries
- 1/3 Cup (75 ml) coarsely chopped dried appricots
- 1/3 Cup (75 ml) golden raisins
- 1 1/2 t (7 ml) grated lemon peel
- 1/2 Cup (125 ml) icing sugar
- 1 t (5 ml) milk
- 1/4 t (2ml) almond extract
- dried cranberries
Salad (Greek Salad)

Put all salad ingredients into a bowl Add oil and vinegar and seasonings Mix together well

- Black olives
- Tomato
- Red onion
- Cucumber or young zuccini
- Feta Cheese
- Oil
- Vinegar (red wine)
