  • salt and pepper

  • 1 lb mushrooms. quatered length wise
  • add approx. 3 ltr water
  • boil for 30 min Till you can smell the mushrooms
  • Add salt. generously
  • saute 1 med onion and add to the soup
  • Boil
  • Add 1 cubed med potato and some linguini noodles
  • Pour approx. 1/4 cup of olive oil over the soup
  • When noodles are soft, the soup is done
