- 1 16-ounce package Oreo Cookies
- 1 8-ounce package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon flavored extract: orange, peppermint, almond, etc.
- 16 ounces dark chocolate or white melting discs
- candies for garnish

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or Healthy Request®)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked instant brown rice
- 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
Corn Bread Dressing

1. Prepare corn bread: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Corn Bread
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2/3 cupwhole milk
- Dressing
- 1/2 loaf (16-ounce) firm whole wheat bread, sliced
- 1/2 loaf (16-ounce) firm white bread, sliced
- 4 Tablespoons margarine or butter
- 5 medium stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large (about 12 ounces) onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup chicken broth
Double Chocolate Cookies

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces milk chocolate
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Remarkable Fudge

1. Line a 13x9 inch baking dish with foil and butter the foil
- 1 cup butter
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups evaporated milk
- 4 cups white sugar
Hidden Valley Salsa Ranch Dip

1. Combine dips mix with sour cream
- 1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dips Mix
- 1 container (16 ounces) sour cream
- ½ cup thick and chunky salsa
- Fresh chopped tomatoes and diced green chilies (optional)
- Tortilla chips, for dipping

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan; set aside

- 1 stick (1⁄2 cup) butter or margarine, melted
- 1 box (16-ounces) light brown sugar (2 1⁄4 cups packed)
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 3 ⁄4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Chicken and Pasta Frittata

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1-1/4 cups cooked penne or desired pasta
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 8 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Golden EggNog Cake

Preheat oven to recommended temperature on cake mix package
- Cake
- 1 18.25 oz pudding-added yellow cake mix
- Vegetable oil (according to package directions)
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- Hood® Golden EggNog, substituted for water (according to package directions)
- EggNog Glaze
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp margarine or butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tsp Hood® Golden EggNog
Braised Pork with Peppers and Onions

In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, warm oil
- 4 boneless pork loin chops, about 1-inch thick, trimmed
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 small red bell peppers, or yellow bell peppers, quartered and cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 small red or yellow onion, quartered and cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup dry red wine, (for non-alcoholic, substitute chicken or vegetable broth)
