Pat chicken dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 pounds)

- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 (16-ounce) bag shredded coleslaw mix
White Bean Soup (SB)

Drain the beans and boil rapidly in fresh water for 10 minutes
- 3/4 cup dried white beans, soaked in cold water overnight
