Thai Tuna Salad

Stir mayonnaise was sour cream, curry paste, celery, Apple and parsley [if using] until evenly combined
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream, yogurt or mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Thai green curry paste
- 1 celery stalk chopped
- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley - optional
- 1 can [6 1/2 ounces] water packed tuna
- salt
Shrimp and Feta Papillote

1.Preheat grill to high. 2
- 1 # fresh or frozen shrimp, uncooked
- 2 c fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 2 T butter
- 2 T parsley, fresh and chopped
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced or 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes
- 7 oz Feta cheese (or gouda)
- 1 cucumber, diced
- Pepper
Sticky Cinnamon Buns

1. In a large bowl, stir 1 cup all-purpose flour with sugar, yeast, dry milk and salt
- 3 to 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 g package of instant yeast, about 1 tablespoon
- 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup very warm water
- 3/4 cup thick or store-bought applesauce
- 3 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- Filling
- 2/3 cup Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup liquid honey
- Icing (optional)
- 1 cup sifted icing sugar
- 2 teaspoons nonfat dry milk
- 3 to 4 teaspoons water or skim milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Caesar Salmon Sandwich

1. Combine dressing with dill
- About - cucumber and fresh dill dress-up salmon w/ Caesar dressing.
- 2 teaspoons light creamy major dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed or 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 7 ounce can,, drained, or one large, chilled cooked salmon steak
- ½ English cucumber
- 2 onion rolls about 4 inches across
Spiced Pork Tenderloin

Preheat oven to 400°F or BBQ
- 2.5 T coarse salt
- 1 T ground allspice
- 1 T cayenne
- 3-4 # pork tenderloin

Orange Barry-ous (Julious)

Blenderize
- 1 small can of orange juice
- 1/3 cup of powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 ounces of water
- Sweeten to taste
- ice cubes – optional
Apple & Cheddar Salad with Maple dressing

1. Mix first 4 ingredients (cider vinegar etc) & slowly whisk in oil
- Candied Walnuts:
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup halved walnuts (I did a mix of walnuts & pecans)
- 2 Tbsp Maple syrup
- 8 cups mixed greens
- 2 Apples, halved & sliced
- 4 oz sharp white cheddar cheese, shaved (I used 2 yr old and shaved it from the block with a potato peeler).
- Place greens in bowl & toss only as much dressing as needed to coat. Refrigerate the rest.
- Garnish with Apple, cheese & nuts.
- (Blueberries or strawberries are good as well as apple, or instead of;
- I have also used Saskatoon berries)
B's Salad Dressing

For Romaine Salads
- 1/2 c mayo
- 1/4 c 1% milk
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese shredded
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 T creamy djonnaise mustard
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp or more anchovy paste
Florida Fried Chicken (Ann Halam)

Combine and shake with chicken (I use skinned, boned thighs)
- 1/2 ½ cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
- skinned, boned thighs of chicken
- 1/3 cup and ¼ cup butter
- 1/4 ¼ cup OJ (SM-I use the one with pulp)
- 1/4 ¼ cup honey
