Marinated Lamb Popsicles with Fenugreek Cream Curry

Marinate the Lamb 1. Combine wine, mustard, salt and pepper in large bowl

- 3/4 c grainy yellow mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper

- Curry Sauce
- 4 c whipping cream
- 1 T salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 T dried green fenugreek leaves
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 3-4 T canola oil
- 1 tsp tumeric

- 1 1/2 cups warm coffee (strong-brewed)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 1/4 tsp. (1 packet) active dry yeast
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 2/3 to 2 cups bread flour
- 1 Tbl. cocoa powder
- 1 Tbl. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbl. butter, softened
