Cheese cake

- Crust:
- 2 c graham crackers
- 1/2 c butter
- Filling:
- 8 0z cream cheese
- 2 T milk (add last
- 1 c powder sugar
- 1/2 T vanilla
- 2 c whip topping
Ritz Chicken

Crumble one tube of crackers on bottom of 9x13 pan
- 2 tubes Ritz crackers
- 1 cup butter melted
- 4 chicken breasts, boiled and cut up
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c sour cream
fruit soup

mix pudding juice and tang together
- 1 small instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c juice
- 1 small container tang
- -
- 6 c fruit: pineapple, apples, oranges, berries, bananas, etc.
Orange Chicken

Heat oven to 350. In a shallow bowl combine flour, garlic powder and pepper
- 2 lbs. boneless skineless chicken breasts, cut into 2" pieces
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 T. butter or oil
- -
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup plus 2 T. fresh orange juice
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 1/2 T. soy sauce
- 1 T. orange zest
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. finely minced ginger
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 T. green onion
- 3 T. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Velma's Dessert

Heat oven to 350. Grease 9×13 pan
- Crust:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cube margarine or butter
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Filling-1st Layer:
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cup cool whip
- nd Layer:
- 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 3 cups milk
- Topping:
- 2 cups cool whip
- grated chocolate
Hot Chicken Salad

mix together chips and cheese
- 2 c cooked chikcen, cut up
- 2 c celery, chopped
- 2 t finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 c sliced almonds
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 c mayonaise
- 1/2 c grated cheese
- 1 c crushed potato chips
flour tortilla's

make a soft dough roll cook on HOT griddle
- 2 c. flour
- 1 t. salt
- 3 T. shortening
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 c. warm water( not quite about 1/4 in from top)
Fried Rice

Fry bacon til crisp. Add chopped veggies and cook til done
- 4 slices bacon cut fine
- 2 green onion stalks chopped
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 1 slice ham cube(may use shrimp, pork, etc.)
- 4-5 c cooked rice(cold)
- 1-2 T soy sauce
Shish- Ka- Bobs

cut meat into 1 inch squares and soak overnight
- 1/2 t garlic salt
- 1 c. water
- 3/4 c soy sauce
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 t. lemon juice
Meat Loaf

Mix ingridients together. Place in greased loaf pan

- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- cheese-cubed
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
