Everything Lo Mein

Mix together sauce ingredients and reserve
- SAUCE:
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce - (rounded)
- 1/4 c dark soy sauce
- 1/4 c water
- 1/4 c yoshida's gourmet sauce
- 1/4 t cayanne pepper
- EVERYTHING LO MEIN:
- 1 pound spaghetti
- Salt as needed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil divided
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 3 chicken breast cutlets thinly sliced into
- strips
- 3 thin cut pork chops thinly sliced into
- strips
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 1 T ground coriander
- 2 inches fresh ginger chopped or grated
- 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 6 scallions cut 3" lengths, then sliced lengthwise
- 1/2 pound shiitake mushrooms chopped
- 1 red bell pepper cut into quarters, seeded, then sliced
- 1 small can sliced water chestnuts
- 2 cups fresh bean sprouts (or 1/2 lb shredded cabbage, your choice)
Cinnamon Burst Sour Cream Zucchini Bread

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups grated zucchini squash
- 1 1/2 cups cinnamon chips
Avantis Bread

Dissolve yeast in warm water
- 3 c warm water
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 10 c flour
- 3 T oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 T salt
- 2 pkg yeast
Flank Steak Sauce

Marinate all day. Cook & min
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 3/4 c oil
- 2 T vinegar
- 1/4 t garlic salt
- 3 T honey
- 1 t ginger
- 1-1 1/2 # flank steak
Kooky Monkey Coconut Cream Popcorn

This recipe can also be doubled successfully
- 1/2 cup unpopped popcorn kernels
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1/4 cup white corn syrup (Karo)
- 1/8 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 teaspoons Coconut flavor
Orange Cream Cheese Frosting, Filling or Sauce

In a large bowl of an electric mixer beat cream cheese, sugar, orange flavoring and peel until smooth
- 2 pkgs 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 T orange flavoring
- 2 T grated orange peel
Blueberry Syrup

Mix cornstarch with sugar add water, lemon juice and berries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T corn starch
Blue Moon Raspberry Cream Popcorn

This recipe can also be doubled successfully
- 1/2 cup unpopped popcorn kernels
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1/4 cup white corn syrup (Karo)
- 1/8 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 teaspoons Raspberry Flavor
- 2 drops of Americolor “Royal Blue” coloring gel or equal
Tomato mac soup

- Add:
- 1 # hamburger
- 1 large onion
- Brown
- 5 large carrots, chopped
- 5 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 t beef boullion
- 1 t salt
- Add enough water to cover. cook til tender.
- 1 46 oz can tomato juice
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 quart stewed tomatoes
- 1/4 mild chili powder
- 1 t margerum
- 1 t basil
- 1/2 t thyme
- Simmer
- 3 to 4 C uncooked noodles, Cooked.

- 1 Jar canned tomatoes, cut up
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 medium white onion, minced
- 1 T cilantro
- 1 t lime juice
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
