To Make the Brownie Layer: Preheat the oven to 350 F

  • For the Brownie Layer:
  • 3 1/3 oz all-purpose flour (3/4 cup)

  • Pink food coloring (optional)
  • For the Vanilla Mousse:

1. Cut off the tip of the wings and discard

  • 2 ½ lbs of wings
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbl Garlic Salt
  • 2 Tbl Pepper
  • 1 Tbl Paprika
  • 2 Tbl Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 Tbl Accent (you may want to omit if people are allergic to MSG)
  • 1 Tbl Onion Powder
  • 2 Tbl Italian Seasoning (don't need if you use Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs)
  • For hotter wings, add 1 or 2 Tbl Red Pepper Powder seasoning to taste (I usually don't do this step because they are hot enough with the Red Hot sauce).
