- 1 lb. butter
- 2 1/3 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 oz. lemon extract
- 4 cups sifted flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. candied cherries, chopped
- 1/4 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
- 1/4 lb. white raisins
- 1 lb. shelled pecans (4 cups), chopped
