1. Line large rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray
- 3/4 cup raw coconut*
- 6 cups salted popcorn (remove any unpopped kernels)

- BREAD:
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 to 1 1/4 cup(s) pumpkin puree, canned or homemade
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- CINNAMON GLAZE:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 to 2 1/2 Tablespoons half & half
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Yellow Squash Casserole

Preheat the oven to 400°F
- 3 tablespoon, canola oil
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock or broth
- 1 lemon, zest
- 4 small yellow squash, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- fresh oregano leaves from one large sprig, minced
- crushed red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper, to taste

HEAT oven to 350°F. MIX ingredients; spoon into 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
German Chocolate Cheesecake
