- Optional Toppings:
- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- 1-2 Tablespoons molasses- more or less to taste
- 3/4 cup strong coffee (or 4 shots of espresso)
- Whipped Cream
- Sprinkle of cinnamon

- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix or chili seasoning mix
- (1/4 tsp pepper)

- 4-5 (2.5 ounce) packages corn chips
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 chopped fresh tomato
