- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey
- 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup mayo light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 2 tsps prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 to 12 sandwich pickles (optional)
- 4 sandwich buns (i.e. hamburger)
