Cedar Plank Salmon Infused with Rickard's Red Beer

Soak cedar plank in the one rickard's red beer and salted water for 2 hours, then drain
- 1 cedar plank
- 1 rickard's red beer
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp. corsed salt
- 2 salmon filets
- 1/4 cup plive oil
- 1/2 cup rickard's red beer
- 6 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 6 tbsp. brown sugar
- zest of one lemon
- 3 tssp black pepper
- sea salt to taste
Hearty Pork Chops Recipe

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients
- 2/3 cup diet lemon-lime soda
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
