    rickard's red beer

    cup water

    tbsp. corsed salt

  • 2

    salmon filets

  • 1/4

    cup plive oil

  • 1/2

    cup rickard's red beer

  • 6

    tbsp. dijon mustard

  • 6

    tbsp. brown sugar

  • zest of one lemon

  • 3

    tssp black pepper

  • sea salt to taste

Directions

Soak cedar plank in the one rickard's red beer and salted water for 2 hours, then drain. Remove skin feom the salmon fillet. Remove any remaining bones. Rinse the salmon under co;s running water, put sallmon in one gal ziploc bad with olive oil, 1/2 cup rickard's red beer, mustard sugar, lemon, pepper and salt. Take the salmon from the bag and drain it. Lay the salmon what was skin sde down on the cedar plank. Set grill for indirect grilling and heat to medium high. Place the cedar planke in the centre of the hot grate, away from the heat. Cover the grill and cook until cooked through aroung 20 to 30 minutes . Transfer the salmon to a plate and decorate with lemon zest anf dill.
