In large bowl, combine vegetables
- dressing:
- 3 c. cauliflowerets
- 3 c. broccoli florets
- 1 green pepper, julienned
- 1 sweet red pepper, julienned
- 1 c. sliced red onion
- 1/4 c. oil
- 4 1/2 t. cider or red wine vinegar
- 4 1/2 t. lemon juice
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. basil
- 1/2 t. sugar
- 1/8 t. cayenne pepper
German-Style Potato Salad

Steam potatoes, covered, 10 minutes or until tender
- 2 pounds red potatoes, cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices (about 5 cups)
- 8 bacon slices, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
Roasted Cauliflower and Broccoli

Combine vegetables with garlic in large bowl
- 4 cups fresh cauliflower florets
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 2 t olive oil
- 1/4 t salt

- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Yellow food coloring, optional
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
Brown Sugar-Glazed Salmon

- 1 salmon fillet (1 pound)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
