In a shallow bowl, combine the first seven ingredients
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 6 bone-in chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
- Refrigerated butter-flavored spray
Pecan Pie Surprise Bars

Grease bottom and sides of 9X13 pan
- crust:
- 1 Pillsbury Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- filling:
- 2/3 c. reserved cake mix
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 t. vanilla
- 3 eggs
Candy Bar Apple Salad

In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes
- 1-1/2 cups cold 2% milk
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 4 large apples, chopped (about 6 cups)
- 4 Snickers candy bars (2.07 ounces each), cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Sweet Corn Muffins

Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (about 6 3/4 ounces)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons fat-free milk
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar (optional)
Hot Tuna Cashew Salad

Stir juice from mushrooms into soup and mix well
- 1 small can button mushrooms(save juice)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 3-oz can Chinese noodles
- 8 oz cashews
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- 1 can chunk white tuna
Mixed-Berry Snack Cake

- 1/4 c. low-fat granola
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 2 T. canola oil
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. baking soda
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1 c. mixed berries(blueberries, raspberries or black)
Green Beans 'n' Celery Recipe

Place beans and celery in a saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
- 2 tablespoons sunflower kernels
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
