Sift together flour through ginger
- Cookies:
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 t. B.P.
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. nutmeg
- 1/4 t. ginger
- 2/3 c. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 egg
- 2 T. molasses
- 1/2 c. peppermint stick candy, finely crushed
- Frosting:
- 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 2 t. crushed peppermint candy
- 2 T. soft butter
- few drops red food coloring
- 1 to 3 T. milk

Place egg whites in a large bowl; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes; set aside
- 1-1/2 cups egg whites (about 11)
- 1-1/4 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 to 2 drops red food coloring, optional
- 1-1/2 cups sugar

- 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup light coconut milk
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh gingerroot
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 cup fresh sugar snap peas, trimmed and chopped

- 2 ounces uncooked thick rice noodles
