- 1 tbl Instant coffee granules
- 1/3 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 tb lReduced-calorie stick margarine
- 1/4 cup Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur
- 1 1/3 cup Vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
Hummingbird Cake

Preheat oven to 350 °F. Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt® or tube pan
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines® Moist Deluxe® Classic Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 (3.4 oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple
- reserved pineapple juice plus water equal to 1 cup
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/2 medium-size ripe banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup chopped Maraschino cherries

- 3 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen cut green beans
- 2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
- 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 small zucchini, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon salt-free seasoning blend
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
