Cathedral's Window (Christmas jello)

This delicious jello treat is very easy to prepare
- 2 (90g) packs clear unflavored gelatin
- 1 (90g) pack red gelatin (flavored or unflavored; I used strawberry flavored)
- 1 (90g) pack green gelatin (flavored or unflavored; I added a few drops of pandan essence to mine)
- 1 cup all purpose cream
- 1/2 cup condensed milk

- 10 pieces raw eggs
- 1 small can condensed milk
- 1 cup fresh milk (or evaporated milk)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Tuna Casserole (saladmaster)

In 12 inch oil core. Cover bottom with Alfredo sauce about 1
- 3 cans albacore tuna
- 1 package egg noodles
- 1 carrot, (shredded on cone #1)
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced on cone #4
- 1 zucchini, shredded on cone #2
- 1 jar alfredo sauce
- 1 package petite peas
- 1 small container of sour cream
- 1/2 to 1 lb. of your favorite cheese
Beef Caldereta

Fry potatoes in 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 pc (120 grams) Potato (cut into chunks)
- 4 tsp Liver Spread
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 kg Beef Brisket (cut into chunks)
- 1 pc Siling Labuyo (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Cheese (grated)
- 1 pc (medium) Red Bell Pepper (cut into strips)
- 1/2 cup Green Peas (frozen/cooked)
- 1 pouch (80 grams) Del Monte
- Quick 'n Easy Caldereta Sauce
Fillet Mignon Steak in Adobo Sauce

Cook the steak in high heat until seared on all sides
- For the steak:
- 600 grams fillet mignon steak, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
- Salt and pepper
- For the adobo sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsps vinegar
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Vegetable oil
- 5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsps slurry
- Water

Step 1. In a medium mixing bowl, sift all purpose flour, cake flour, baking powder and salt three times
- Materials:
- Steamer
- Mixing bowl
- Strainer
- Muffin pan
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Wooden spoon or wire whisk
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup all purpose-flour
- 1/2 cup cake-flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 pcs egg yolks
- 3/4 cup white sugar, divided
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- egg whites from 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. cheese, grated
Buko Salad

In a strainer, drain the fruits and jar ingredients thoroughly for at least 30 minutes
- Optional ingredients:
- 3-4 cups shredded young coconut (buko)
- 1 jar coconut gel (nata de coco), drained
- 2 cans of fruit cocktail
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 1/2 can all purpose cream
- A jar sugar palm fruit (kaong), drained
- 100 gms. Raisins
- Pineapple slices
