Directions 1) The flour/liquid ratio is important in this recipe
- 3/4 cups or 7 3/4 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour* (33 ounces )
- 1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons instant yeast
- 1 3/4 cups lukewarm water (14 ounces)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup melted butter or vegetable oil (4 ounces)
- *See step #1, below.
- Filling
- 2/3 cup Baker's Cinnamon filling* mixed with 3 tablespoons water
- *Substitute 2/3 cup granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon for the Baker's Cinnamon Filling and water, if desired. If you use sugar and cinnamon, DO NOT ADD THE WATER.
