- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Directions: 1. Mix flour and spices
- 1 cup vital wheat gluten
- 3/4 cup broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or Braggs Liquid Aminos
- 2 teaspoons seasoning of choice (I use vegan powdered chicken or beef bouillon, and nori for fish flavour)
- 6 cups broth for cooking (can add sliced onion and soy sauce for extra flavor)

- 1 (32-ounce) container fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth, divided
- 1/2 cup uncooked orzo

- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 3 fresh parsley sprigs
- 1 fresh thyme sprig
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
