Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake 5pts

1. Preheat the oven to 350
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/3 cup lowfat buttermilk
- 2 1/3 cups all purpose flour, divided
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder, or cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest, or lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons butter
Deana's Leftover Chicken Paprika

Saute onions till soft in butter
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed (or you can cook up some chicken pieces if you don't have leftover chicken)
- 2 tablespoons margarine, orbutter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 large onion, sliced (about 1c.)
- 2 tablespoons paprika, or more to your liking
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can chicken broth, (14 1/2 oz.)
- 1 cup sour cream, light or reduced fat fine
Baked Ham with Brown Sugar Glaze

Heat oven to 325. Place ham, fat side up on rack in shallow roasting pan
- 8 lbs. fully cooked smoked bone-in ham, (6 to 8 lbs.)
- whole cloves
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- orange slices, optional
- maraschino cherries, optional
Zucchini Parmesan

Place zuchini, butter, salt and pepper in skillet
- 3 cups zucchini, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter, (or less or Olive oil)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
General Tso's Chicken 6pts (Weight Watchers' Recipe)

Great WW recipe. 6 Points per serving
- 3/4 cup canned reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons peanut oil
- 2 medium scallions, chopped
- 2 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, minced or 1 dried chili, minced
- 1 lb uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 cups cooked white rice, kept hot
Awesome Crock Pot Lasagna

Brown meat and onion in large skillet and drain off excess fat
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef, %10 or less fat
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 4 ounce can sliced mushrooms, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dry red wine, optional
- 3 cups spaghetti sauce, store bought or homemade
- 1 6 ounce can tomato paste
- 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 9 lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 cups ricotta cheese or cottage cheese, I use Low Fat (have not tried with fat free)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 dash fresh ground black pepper
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded (8oz.) Reduced fat is fine (have not tried with fat free)

- 2 cups Bugles brand corn snacks
- 2 cups small pretzels
- 1 cup candy corn
- 1 cup dried fruit bits or raisins
- 1 cup peanuts or sunflower seeds
- 1 cup M&Ms brand chocolate candy
- 16 brand chocolate kisses
Deep Dish Cheesy Chicken Pie

You can skip the bottom crust and just place some pie pastry triangles on top
- 1 package Pillsbury All Ready Pie Crust, (or homemade)
- 2 cups diced cooked Baked Chicken with Herbs
- 20 ounces Broccoli, Cauliflower, &
- Carrots Frozen in
- Cheese flavored Sauce, thawed (or use plain vegetables and make some homemade cheese sauce-about 1/2 cup)
- 2 ounces pimiento, diced -- drained
- 1 teaspoon dried onions

- 3 strips bacon, diced
- 3/4 lbs. extra lean ground beef
- 1 1/4 cups chopped onions
- 31 ounces pork and beans, canned
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup catsup
- salt and pepper, to taste
