Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1 tablespoon sugar in a small bowl
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- vegetable cooking spray
- three (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
- 1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/4 cup sour cream
PICALILLI

Chop cabbage, tomato, red and green peppers and onions
- 1 quart cabbage chopped
- 1 quart green tomatoes chopped
- 2 sweet green peppers
- 2 sweet red peppers
- 2 large onions
