- 2 sticks (8-ounces) butter softened
- 2 boxes (16-ounce each) powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups zucchini (2 1/2 lbs.) grated

- 4 shakes tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
