Rice Milk Mayonnaise (egg, soy, dairy free)

The real trick to this recipe is the medicine dropper
- ■1/3 cup cold rice milk
- ■1 1/2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ■1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
- ■1 small clove of garlic
- ■1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
- ■1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ■1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons canola oil
- ■1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
Raw Coleslaw

Place cabbage, carrots, and green onion in a large bowl
- 1/2 pound green cabbage, sliced thin
- 1/2 pound red cabbage, sliced thin
- 1-1/4 cups carrots, grated
- 1/2 bunch green onions, sliced (I don't use these)
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds, soaked for an hour and drained
- 4 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. nama shoyu (raw soy sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. fresh oregano, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Coconut Curried Chicken Stew (Boma)

1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, curry powder
- 1 chicken cut into 8 pieces
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- 2 1/2 tablespoons curry powder, toasted
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup canned, diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup each, diced chunky: potatoes, red bell peppers, onions
- 1/2 minced jalapeno
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup each: honey, chopped cilantro
Mushroom Rawvioli

Combine all filling ingredients in a mixing bowl
- FILLING
- 1/2 cup chopped organic Crimini mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped button mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp truffle olive oil
- 1/4 tsp raw organic pumpkin seed oil
- 1/2 tsp minced organic garlic (optional)
- 1/2 tsp minced organic Sage or Oregano
- 1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp raw organic soy sauce

Rice and Beans with Avocado and Tomato

For the beans: Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat
- FOR THE BEANS
- 2 15-oz. cans black beans with liquid
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 cup diced white onion
- Kosher salt
- FOR THE SALSA
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 ounces cotija (or extra-sharp cheddar) cheese
- FOR SERVING
- 4 flour tortillas
- 4 cups short-grain brown rice, cooked
- 1 avocado, seed removed, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Sesame Pasta Salad

- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 16oz pkg bowtie/rotini pasta-cooked & cool rinsed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup tamari
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/3 cup green onion, chopped

- 1 tortilla chips
- 1 box elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon EVOO
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, grated, divided
- 2 jalapeños, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 bottle of beer
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 14.5-ounce can chopped tomatoes with chilies, drained
- 3 cups shredded yellow cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 cans vegetarian spicy refried beans
- 2 avocados
- 1 cup sour cream
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Hot sauce to taste
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
