Rosemary Sandwich Rolls

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat
- 3 cups unbleached all purpose flour, plus more as needed
- 1 T granulated sugar
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 T olive oil, plus more for the bowl and brushing on crust
- 2 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 3 large cloves garlic, pressed, or finely mince
- 1 T agave nectar
Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

1. Line a 13 by 9 inch pan with foil
- 2 10oz pkgs peanut butter pieces
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups finely ground honey graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted peanuts finely chopped
- 1 package semisweet chocolate pieces
White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Bark

Line a 13" X 9" inch cookie sheet with wax paper, allow 2 inches of paper to hang over sides
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate morsels
- 2 cups white vanilla milk chips
- 2/3 cups macadamia nuts or almonds, toasted and coarsely chopped
Spiced Squash with Brown Butter Glaze

- 1/2 tsp. chinese five spice powder
- 1/4 tsp. coarse salt

- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups warm water

Banana Chocolate Chip Loaf

- 1/2 Cup butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
Moroccan Chicken Rub

- 1 T. cumin
- 2 tsp. tumeric
