White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Bark
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate morsels
- 2 cups white vanilla milk chips
- 2/3 cups macadamia nuts or almonds, toasted and coarsely chopped
Line a 13" X 9" inch cookie sheet with wax paper, allow 2 inches of paper to hang over sides.
Melt 1 3/4 cups chocolate in microwave for 2 minutes, stir every 30 seconds. Pour melted chocolate over cookie sheet and spread to cover entire surface to form one even layer.
Melt 1 3/4 cups white chocolate in microwave. Drizzle melted white chocolate over chocolate. Use a toothpick to swirl melted chocolate together, creating a marble effect. Sprinkle with nuts and remaining 1/4 cup chocolate and white chocolate. Gently press toppings into melted chocolates.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes until chocolate is firm. Remove wax paper from chocolate. Cut or break into bite sized pieces.
