PREHEAT grill to medium heat

  • two kabobs and 3/4 cup rice each
  • 1-1/2 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks, partially cooked
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (1 inch)
  • 2 cups navel orange sections, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce
  • 4-1/2 cups hot cooked rice

This marinade is wonderful!

  • Marinade: 2-3 fresh limes-juice
  • ¼-1/3 c soy sauce
  • 1 heaping T jalapenos (canned and chopped)
  • Garlic powder
  • Ground pepper
  • Paprika
  • flank steak skirt or sirloin steak (I always use a flank steak)

My aunt shared this recipe with my mom and this has quickly become a Christmas favorite

  • Cream: 2 cups sugar
  • 2 stick of butter (softened)
  • Add: 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • Sift together: 4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Alternate with 1 pound Ricotta cheese, starting with the flour.
  • Frost with almond flavored powdered sugar frosting (see below).
  • 3-3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp almond flavoring
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 TBSP butter
