Beef Fajitas

This marinade is wonderful!

Ingredients

• Marinade: 2-3 fresh limes-juice
• ¼-1/3 c soy sauce
• 1 heaping T jalapenos (canned and chopped)
• Garlic powder
• Ground pepper
• Paprika
• flank steak skirt or sirloin steak (I always use a flank steak)

Preparation

Step 1

Score flankt steak on both sides. Stab with fork. Marinate. Grill as whole steak – rare-then slice.
Saute sliced onions and peppers in olive oil. Sprinkle with lemon pepper; squeeze lime juice.
