- Ingredients for White Sauce:
- 8 ounces pizza dough
- Cornmeal, for dough
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups White Sauce, recipe follows
- 3 Meatballs, broken up, recipe follows
- Chopped cooked bacon, for topping
- Chopped Canadian bacon, for topping
- Chopped ham, for topping
- 1/4 cup butter
- 8 ounces yellow onion, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 quart heavy whipping cream
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 8 ounces grated Parmesan
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons course ground black pepper
- Meatballs:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage, casing removed
- 3/4 cups finely chopped green pepper
- 3/4 cups finely chopped yellow onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 3 cups Italian bread crumbs
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley leaves

Line 9x13 inch baking pan with heavy-duty foil or parchment paper, extending about 1 inch above sides of pan
- 1 pkg (18 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- ½ c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- ¼ c butter, melted
- 3 T flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c coarsely chopped pecans
BBQ Grilled Beef Kabobs

PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat
- 8 servings, 1 kabob and 3/4 cup rice each
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
- 6 cups assorted cut-up fresh vegetables (red and yellow peppers, mushrooms, onions and zucchini)

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

- 5 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken
- breast halves - cut into chunks
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 yellow onion, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, seeded and
- thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- * reviews said to triple to honey and teriyaki sauce as it does not make much. Also suggested mixing the sauces together prior to putting in the skillet.

- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken
- breast, diced
- 1 (1.27 ounce) packet fajita seasoning
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 2 red bell peppers, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar

- 1 tablespoon bacon bits
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Monterey

Salmon Cakes with Cool Lime Sauce

Drain salmon and flake. Finely chop pepper and thinly slice green onions
- Sauce:
- 1 lime
- ½ c fat free mayo
- ¼ c fat free sour cream
- Zest lime for 2 t zest. Juice lime – 2 t juice. Combine zest, juice, mayo and sour cream. Mix well and refrigerate.
- Cakes:
- 2 cans (6 oz) skinless, boneless pink salmon packed in water – drained and flaked (I use fresh salmon)
- ¼ c finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/3 c thinly sliced green onions with tops
- 1 T cilantro (I omit)
- ¾ c unseasoned dry bread crumbs, divided
- ½ c fat free mayo
- 1 egg white
