- 2 tablespoons fresh tangerine juice (or orange juice)
- 1 tablespoon Cointreau or Grand Marnier
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 2 Ruby Red grapefruits
- Salad
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 Asian pear--halved, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/2 small red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh mint leaves
- 2 teaspoons grapeseed oil
