Loaded Baked Potato Cheese Crisps

Heat oven to 375°. Combine ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup finely crushed sour cream and onion potato chips
Lemon and Garlic Roast Chicken

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 1 (5 - 6 pound) roasting chicken
- Kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 large bunch fresh thyme
- 4 lemons
- 3 heads garlic, cut in half crosswise
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 pound sliced bacon
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken stock

Broccoli Casserole

- 2 pkgs. chopped broccoli
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Teriyaki Sauce

Mix soy sauce, wine, sugar, and msg and cook over very low heat til sugar is dissolved
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 3/4 to 1 cup sugar depending on
- sweetness desired
- 1 oz. Japanesse wine or Bourbon
- 1 Tbsp. grated ginger ( 1/2 Tbsp. if
- powdered ginger is used )
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1 tsp. monosodium glutamate

Beat eggs till frothy. Add sugar gradually and beat til light and fluffy
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. anise flavoring
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 4 tsp.baking powder
Peppermint Ice Cream Cake

- 1 milk chocolate candy bar ( 7oz.)
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 gallon peppermint stick ice
- cream, softened
- 2 cups whipped topping

Crust: Grease bottom and sides of 10 inch springform pan with butter
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham crackers
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 - 5 Tbsp. melted butter
- Filling:

- 4 medium eggs
- 2 tsps. vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream (1/2 pint)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup sour cream
Smoked Gouda and Roast Beef Pinwheels

- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 pkg. (6 1/2 oz.) garlic herb spreadable cheese
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded smoked gouda cheese
- 2 tubes (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- Can add 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
