- 1 1/2 cups graham crackers
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 - 5 Tbsp. melted butter
- 24 oz. cream cheese (3 large pkgs.)
- 4 medium eggs
- 2 tsps. vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream (1/2 pint)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup sour cream
Grease bottom and sides of 10 inch springform pan with butter.
Mix crumbs, sugar and butter.
Pat down firmly in pan and place in freezer while making the filling.
Cream cream cheese and add each ingredient in this order, beating well after each addition.
Pour over crumbs.
Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes, then turn down oven to 300 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
Turn off oven and leave cheesecake in oven for one hour to cool.
