Sweet and Sour Sauce

Combine ingredients in wok or saucepan
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
Hot Spiced Percolator Punch

Combine unsweetened pineapple juice,cranberry juice cocktail, water, and brown sugar in 30 cup automatic percolator
- 9 cups unsweetened pineapple
- juice
- 9 cups crambery juice cocktail
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 1/2 cup water
- 4 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
- 4 cinnamon sticks, broken
Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge

In large microwavable bowl, microwave the milk, butter and sugar on high for 3 minutes (do not stir)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter or oleo ( one stick)
- one 2 lb. bag of confectioners
- sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

- 1 can frozen lemonade
- 1 can (from lemonade) of water
- 1 can (from lemonade) of tequilla
- 3/4 can (from lemonade) of triple sec
Blackberry Slush

In a large bowl, stir water and sugar until sugar is dissolved
- 8 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups blackberry brandy
- 1 can (12 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 can (12 oz.) frozen grape juice concentrate, thawed
- 14 cups lemon lime soda
Strawberry Daquiri

Put ice in blender. Add remaining ingredients
- 1 6 oz. can limeade
- 1 pkg. frozen strawberries with
- sugar or syrup
- 6 - 8 oz. rum or vodka
- 1 to 1 1/2 tray ice.
Confetti Dip

Soften cream cheese. Mix all ingredients
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese pkg.
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup chopped dill pickle or
- sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup chopped pimento
- dash of hot sauce
- 1 chopped hard boiled egg
Grape Nuts Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup Post Grape Nuts cereal

- 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
- 1 cup French vanilla flavored
- powdered non-dairy creamer
- 2 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened instant tea
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. ground cardamom
