- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- dash of salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/4 cup apple sauce
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

In a bowl, combine chicken, egg, yogurt, mustards, onion, celery, and spices to taste
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 2 hard boiled eggs, yolks discarded, chopped

- 1 tsp whole grain dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped onion (optional)
