- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. red chili flakes
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- 1 lb pasta of your choosing
