- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp ground oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (divided)
- 1 pound lasagna noodles
- 30 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 pound deli sliced mozzarella cheese
