Crispy Ranch-Cauliflower Tacos

Heat barbecue to medium-high heat
- 2/3 cup Renée's Homestyle Ranch Dressing, divided
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 4 cups large cauliflower florets (3 inch)
- 8 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup slivered red onions
- 1/3 cup drained pickled pepper rings
- 1/3 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
Mock Mashed Potatoes (Cauliflower)

Set a stockpot of water to boil over high heat
- 2 medium head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoon non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic or roasted garlic
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh or dry chives, for garnish
BLT AVOCADO EGG SALAD

- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1 avocado
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chives, thinly sliced
- 6 Flatout Foldit Flatbread, traditional white
- 2 tomatoes

Pretzel Dogs

- flour
- 12 oz pizza dough
- 4 hot dogs
- 5 cups water
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- coarse sea salt, to taste
- shredded cheddar cheese
- jalapeño, sliced into rings and seeds taken out
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- shredded mozzarella cheese

Creamy Chipotle Sauce

The most amazing, plant based, vegan chipotle sauce that can be used on so many dishes!
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk or water
- 3 tablespoons canned chipotle sauce (the red stuff)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground chili powder
- 1 teaspoon minced cilantro
- 1 teaspoon Mexican style hot sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Chicken Lo Mein

Pound chicken breasts or filets to ½ inch thick
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or 6-8 boneless chicken filets
- 1/2 red pepper, finely sliced
- 8 oounces bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 4 green onions, chopped & divided
- 1 package (8-10 ounces) fresh egg noodles
- 1/2 cup Hoisin sauce
- For the sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 4 teaspoons corn starch
VEGAN QUESADILLAS

Vegan quesadillas stuffed with black beans and corn, guacamole and vegan cheese
- For the Black Bean and Corn Mix:
- 1/2 Onion (Chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 15oz (425g) Can Black Beans (Drained)
- 1 15oz (425g) Can Sweet Corn (Drained)
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper to Taste
- For the Guacamole:
- 2 Avocados
- 1/2 Fresh Lime (Squeezed)

- For Assembling:
