FUDGY AVOCADO BROWNIES WITH AVOCADO FROSTING

- 1/2 cup (125 ml) Silk Unsweetened coconut beverage
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) soy or tamari sauce
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) fresh lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) toasted sesame oil
- 2-3 tsp (10-15 ml) hot sauce (such as Sriracha)

- Tbsp garam masala (Just use these ratios to create your substitution:
- Olive oil
- Large onion diced
- 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp cumin seeds
- 3 parts coriander & cinnamon
- 1 part cumin & cloves
- 1/2 part cardamom & pepper
- Mix these ingredients together and simply add this spice blend to your dish in place of a commercial or homemade garam masala.)

- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
